I have included file sizes in the image links.  Please take a moment to check these sizes before you begin downloading images for viewing.  Several of the JPS files are very large and will be painful to download over a modem link.

The images are presented in cross-eye and anaglyph format.  If you prefer a different format or size, please give the Stereoscope applet a try.

Usable Connectors

In version one, I ended up with three bare wires sticking out of the back of the camera.  I decided that an 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo jack was just what was needed here.  The stereo jack is easy to buy at Radio Shack, it is secure, and small.

An 1/8" stereo jack may look like a small device when it's on the end of your headphone cable, but sitting next to a small digital camera with tiny controls, it looks huge.  Still, I couldn't think of any other commercially available three conductor connector, so for version one, that's what I used.  I was never able to prBack of the camera showing 3.5mm plugovide adequate strain relief, and I was always afraid I was going to rip the jacks off the end of the cables.

For version two, I reversed the connectors and hung the 1/8" stereo plugs on the backs of the cameras.  Two pairs of cheap head phones cost me $3 from Ben Franklin.  These provided me with some very flexible four conductor cabling with pre-attached, molded right angle plugs.  It was much cheaper, neater, and easier than trying to assemble the camera "tail" from Radio Shack parts.
